ADHD Assessment
With 20 years experience as an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, I am very well placed not only to conduct the assessment, but also to help you navigate the result. A diagnosis of ADHD can feel like the end goal, but it can also be a difficult thing to start to process as an adult and throws up a lot of questions and feelings.
I am an expert in wellbeing at work – 60% of adults with ADHD have lost or changed their job because of their symptoms. Receiving a diagnosis from me means that I can help you negotiate with your employer and come up with reasonable adjustments. It also means you qualify for Access to Work funding from the government, which you can use for things like coaching to support you.
Because of my clinical experience and qualifications, my assessment reports are accepted by my prescribing partners who can then set up transfer to your GP, if you want to pursue medication. Many private reports are not accepted by prescribers or GP’s.
